Lee Witherow - President

Prior to serving as President, Lee was the Vice President of Operations for Adams & Garth. Lee's career includes extensive leadership responsibilities with Fortune 100 companies in the service industry as well as consulting for U.S. and International businesses in operations, human resources and strategic planning.

Lee is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University where he earned his Bachelor's Degree. After gaining valuable work experience, Lee returned to Wake Forest University and earned his MBA from The Babcock Graduate School of Management where he specialized in operations in the service industry and strategic planning.

Robert "Bob" Huff II – Regional Vice President

Robert "Bob" Huff joined Adams and Garth in 2010 as Regional Vice President with the responsibility of expanding the company’s presence. Mr. Huff will be responsible for establishing and staffing new offices as well as overseeing their success. Mr. Huff's background working for Fortune 50 companies, entrepreneurs and consulting firms is ideal for this critical strategic role within the company.

In his most recent position as a Director of Equity Investments at Fannie Mae in Washington, DC, Mr. Huff was responsible for the management of a $4 billion equity portfolio of multifamily real estate assets. As both portfolio and asset manager, Mr. Huff worked closely with multiple national investment partners including AEW Group, BlackRock Realty, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Advisors and numerous real estate investment trusts. His responsibilities included the acquisition, management and disposition of large portfolios of multifamily assets with institutional partners.

Mr. Huff earned his BBA in Finance from James Madison University and his MBA from Georgia State University. He also is a proud 12-year alumnus of St. Anne's Belfield School. Mr. Huff is an active member of multiple professional organizations, including the American Staffing Association, with which he has earned the Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation. He also enjoys volunteering for social organizations such as Habitat for Humanity. Mr. Huff currently lives in Richmond, VA with his wife and two young children.


Christian Howell - Director of Business Development

Christian is a focused, results-driven individual with varied skills and a positive attitude. He accepted the role of sales and business development for the Company and enthusiastically has increased awareness of our services as well as helped clients find ideal candidates though our proven staffing process.

Christian's career includes product sales, retail sales and management, payroll services as well as customer service. He returned to Charlottesville in 2006 from Colorado where he spent 5 years in the high country. Christian is a graduate of the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce with concentrations in Management and Finance.


Jessica Newville - Branch Manager

Jessica relocated here from Northern Michigan in 2008 and brings Letters of Recommendation from the staffing industry a mile long. She takes extreme pride in her work and the relationships that are formed along the way.

Jessica has brought with her almost 10 years of staffing experience; starting out as a receptionist, quickly moving up to a Staffing Specialist and then Branch Manager. She has extensive experience in the professional placement, executive, administrative, industrial and general labor capacity. She has been an on-site coordinator for many prestigious companies earning her high regard throughout the community.

Melissa Wampler - Staffing Coordinator

Before trying her hand at staffing, Melissa had extensive experience in the hospitality industry. For the last three years, Melissa has worked as a staffing coordinator in Harrisonburg and joined the Adams & Garth team in early 2007 after hearing about the company from a friend. While the staffing industry can be trying at times, Melissa enjoys the opportunity to meet the great candidates she works with on a daily basis and help them find just the right career to fit their skill set and future plans.

Ashley Munford - Staffing Coordinator

Ashley, the newest member of the Adams & Garth team, was born and raised in Connecticut and is a recent 2009 graduate of Liberty University with a BS in Advertising and Marketing. Prior to joining the Adams & Garth team, Ashley worked in customer service for two major retail chains and also has a background in the hospitality industry working for Mohegan Sun Casino and Resort. Ashley enjoys cooking, traveling and reading, and currently resides in Forest with her husband.

Linda joins our company having 18 years experience in the staffing industry with a Fortune 500 company. She has expertise in providing a full array of services which include financial, administrative, professional and manufacturing. Linda's commitment to building successful relationships continues to be the driving force behind her career. She is dedicated to connecting the right people to the right job. Linda recognizes the goal is to be the liaison between the business client and the potential candidate, and in doing so, both must receive exceptional customer service.

Linda was instrumental in attaining the New Freedom Initiative Award from the Department of Labor in 2003. She has served on various boards to enhance the employment of persons with different abilities. She is a charter member of the Richmond Youth Workforce Investment Network. Linda is a life-long resident of Virginia, and resides with her husband in Powhatan.

Mindy Nodine - Staffing Coordinator

Mindy has a broad range of experience in a variety of secretarial positions, retail and customer service. Prior to joining Adams & Garth Staffing, she worked as the Payroll Administrator and, for a one year period, a Customer Service Representative for Phillips Staffing. She enjoys working with people and feels that customer service is very important. Mindy was born and raised in the Waynesboro, Virginia area where she resides with her husband and two children.
