Tracy has worked in the accounting field for many years working for several employers in the Charlottesville area. She has worked with Adams & Garth on a part-time basis for the past six years. Tracy is a native of Charlottesville and enjoys spending time with her family. She resides in Ivy with her husband and four children.

Ashley Martin - Staffing Coordinator

Ashley first began employment with Adams & Garth working as a temporary employee in April 2008 and became our full-time Communications Coordinator shortly thereafter. After spending a brief time away to settle in her new role as “Mommy”, she has returned to us as our Staffing Coordinator for the corporate office. Ashley has experience in Leasing and Marketing, Sales, and she takes great pride in every aspect of customer service and truly enjoys the fast paced nature of the staffing industry. She brings a fun light hearted sense of humor to the office environment. In her down time, she loves spending time with her husband, son, and two canine companions.

Lauren Newman - Communications Coordinator

Lauren started as a temp at Adams & Garth in June of 2010 and became a full-time employee at the staffing firm shortly thereafter. A lifelong Virginia resident, she grew up outside of the Washington, D.C. Metro area in Woodbridge, Virginia and first came to Charlottesville to study at the University of Virginia. In May of 2010 she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English and in French from the university. Lauren liked Charlottesville so much that she decided to stay and make it her new home. She is excited to start this new chapter in her life at a great company like Adams & Garth where she can put her people and communication skills to good use.

Harrisonburg Office

Melissa Wampler - Staffing Coordinator

Before trying her hand at staffing, Melissa had extensive experience in the hospitality industry. For the last three years, Melissa has worked as a staffing coordinator in Harrisonburg and joined the Adams & Garth team in early 2007 after hearing about the company from a friend. While the staffing industry can be trying at times, Melissa enjoys the opportunity to meet the great candidates she works with on a daily basis and help them find just the right career to fit their skill set and future plans.

Megan Seekford - Communications Coordinator

Megan started with Adams & Garth in October of 2006. She moved to Harrisonburg in August of 2005 to attend college and now calls Harrisonburg home. She recently graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Social Sciences and is currently pursuing a Master's degree. Megan enjoys the fast-paced environment the staffing world has to offer.

Ashley Munford - Staffing Coordinator

Ashley, the newest member of the Adams & Garth team, was born and raised in Connecticut and is a recent 2009 graduate of Liberty University with a BS in Advertising and Marketing. Prior to joining the Adams & Garth team, Ashley worked in customer service for two major retail chains and also has a background in the hospitality industry working for Mohegan Sun Casino and Resort. Ashley enjoys cooking, traveling and reading, and currently resides in Forest with her husband.

Linda joins our company having eighteen years experience in the staffing industry with a Fortune 500 company. She has expertise in providing a full array of services which include financial, administrative, professional and manufacturing. Linda's commitment to building successful relationships continues to be the driving force behind her career. She is dedicated to connecting the right people to the right job. Linda recognizes the goal is to be the liaison between the business client and the potential candidate, and in doing so, both must receive exceptional customer service.

Linda was instrumental in attaining the New Freedom Initiative Award from the Department of Labor in 2003. She has served on various boards to enhance the employment of persons with different abilities. She is a charter member of the Richmond Youth Workforce Investment Network. Linda is a life-long resident of Virginia, and resides with her husband in Powhatan.

Ashley Stowers - Senior Communications Coordinator

Ashley's strong attention to detail as well as ability to produce exceptional customer service, helps her to take on many different roles in the Richmond office. She helps to build and keep relationships with both employees and clients. Ashley was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. In her free time, Ashley enjoys reading, playing recreational sports in her sports and social league, as well as spending quality time with her Pug and English Bulldog.

Mindy Nodine - Staffing Coordinator

Mindy has a broad range of experience in a variety of secretarial positions, retail and customer service. Prior to joining Adams & Garth Staffing, she worked as the Payroll Administrator and, for a one year period, a Customer Service Representative for Phillips Staffing. She enjoys working with people and feels that customer service is very important. Mindy was born and raised in the Waynesboro, Virginia area where she resides with her husband and two children.

Amanda comes to Adams & Garth with over 11 years of customer service experience. Customer service is her passion and she is always willing to take on new challenges and go the extra mile to exceed our clients' expectations. She resides in Grottoes with her husband and daughter.
